GERALD LUTERMAN

Gerald Luterman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KeySpan Corporation from July 1999 to August 2007.  KeySpan is one of the largest gas distribution and integrated energy companies in the USA. With over 2.6 million customers and 6,600 megawatts of electric generating capacity, it was a member of the S&P 500 with a market capitalization of approximately $7.0 billion (NYSE: KSE).  KeySpan merged with National Grid Plc of the United Kingdom in August 2007.

Before joining KeySpan, Mr. Luterman was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Arrow Electronics from 1996–1999.  Prior to that, he held senior finance positions with American Express and Emerson Electric. Mr. Luterman began his career with Booz-Allen & Hamilton becoming a principal with the general management consulting firm.  He is a Director of MissionPoint’s portfolio company, SunEdison, LLC as well as a member of the boards of IKON Office Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: IKN), U.S. Shipping Partners (NYSE: USS) and Lutheran Medical Center.  He is also a member of the Financial Executive Institute and the American Gas Association, where he previously served as Chairman of the Finance Committee. 

Mr. Luterman was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, and is qualified as a Canadian Chartered Accountant (1967).  He graduated from McGill University in Montreal, earning a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1965, received a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School in 1967.  At Harvard, he was both a Baker Scholar and Kresge Fellow.
